Marvel Padel Northampton Specify Porcelain Tiles By Minoli

Launched recently in August this year, the Marvel Padel Centre, located at Riverside Prime, 8 Carousel Way, Northampton NN3 9HG, is a complete wellness destination designed not just for performance, but for longevity, recovery, and lifestyle.

Padel is the fastest-growing racket sport in the UK, with participation now reaching around 1 million players and some 1,800 courts nationwide.

While the Adidas-designed courts are at the heart of Marvel Padel, the facilities also include a high-tech wellness suite with hybrid infrared saunas, cold plunge therapy, a hydro spa and a dedicated oxygen chamber.

Every element has been carefully considered to support both body and mind. It’s a space designed with professional-level standards, but built for everyone, with accessibility key to their vision.

The centre has also been purposefully designed to encourage the social side of Padel and create a premium space where the community comes together. Their bar and café is designed for connection with fresh food, drinks and barista-made coffee, live sport screening and viewing areas.

Various ranges from the Minoli product portfolio feature in the hospitality area, communal hallways and changing rooms, supporting the premium design theme with precision, porcelain tiles.

Take for instance the centrepiece refreshments bar, which has been clad in striking subway brick-effect tiles from the Luminous Lume Series. In a 6/24 letterbox format the high-gloss design is characterised by exquisite shade variation and oxidised edges to deliver a hand-crafted appearance.

To the bar front, the Beige and Black colourways create an eye-catching contrast, expertly installed in a vertical layout. Behind the bar, in recessed archways, Luminous Lume Caramel provides a vibrant backdrop to selected cocktail ingredients and glassware.

Thereafter, in the hallways and through into the changing rooms, the floors are fitted with Minoli Codec Ecru porcelain tiles in generous 60/60 dimensions with precisely rectified edges, and a hybrid concrete and stone-effect finish.

In a complementary colour, Minoli Marvel Travertine Sand Vein tiles have been applied to the walls of the changing rooms and showers. In their large format, rectified, 60/120 size, the vein cut design has softly defined linear patterning which comes to life at grand scale when installed from floor to ceiling.

We’re delighted to see how these Minoli series have been so successfully incorporated into the interior design of Marvel Padel Northampton and our thanks go to the team there for specifying our Italian porcelain tile ranges.

Whether you’re celebrating a win, catching up with friends, or relaxing after a session, Marvel Padel Northampton isn’t just a sports venue – it’s a social destination with a welcoming club atmosphere, which you can read more about, or book a court for a game, on their website, here.
